All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are as stated on quotations or invoices. Late payments may incur interest or service suspension until settled in full. For subscription-based services (e.g., content management or hosting), fees are billed monthly or annually in advance unless otherwise agreed.
All materials on this site — including text, graphics, images, code, and logos — are the property of AVTS or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or adapt any part of this site or its content without our prior written consent.
Where AVTS provides white-label or subcontract services, you acknowledge that AVTS acts as a trade partner. The end client relationship remains between you and your customer. You are responsible for ensuring that our work is represented accurately and lawfully under your brand.
